ALL Purchases are FINAL Sale.

Purchases of product through shop lavish x beauty llc are subject to the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Lavish x Beauty is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after package is shipped.

Any concerns regarding your package, contact your local USPS or international post. Please ensure all order information such as payment type, shipping address, and purchase items are correct before placing an order.

We do not do returns but we do exchanges for unopened & unused products. We are unable to exchange or refund lash adhesives and/or tweezers for sanitary reasons.

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the items 

The customer is responsible for any and all return fees
